Monsieur Machado has worked at Le Corail Rose for the last twelve years and, two years ago, decided to take over the restaurant. Knowing the catering business inside out and trained as a restaurateur, he is both chef and restaurant manager.

With three members of staff, he concentrates on maintaining the special atmosphere that has been a feature of Le Corail Rose since its creation.

Specialising in garlic prawns, the restaurant serves large steaming dishes every day that you can gather around to share an enjoyable meal and, above all, eat as much as you like!
